Craving something sweet? Try these 3 delicious recipes:

Sugar cravings may hit at any moment. When they do, they expect to be pleased right away. So, the next time you get one of these cravings and want something sweet and sugary, try one of these recipes.

It may be difficult to guarantee that one is just eating nutritious sweets. The addicting and dangerous consequences of refined white sugar are always a worry for anybody with a sweet appetite, whether they are a teen or a tween. With that in mind, we've come up with a few fun and nutritious sweets that you can try!

    1. Frozen Chocolate Bananas:

This frozen sweet treat is loaded with nutrients! Bananas are high in vitamin C and vitamin B-6, as well as fiber and potassium.

Banana should be peeled, split in half, and frozen. Roll it in melted dark chocolate after it's set. Roll the banana in any crunchy topping you want while the chocolate is still melted — almonds and oats work great.

Place it in the freezer until the chocolate has hardened (at least an hour). We enjoy eating and preparing them as much as the kids do.

        2. Dark Chocolate:

Chocolate isn't all made equal. Dark chocolate (with more than 70% cacao) is the healthiest option since it contains less sugar than the milk chocolate we grew up with.

Dark chocolate is high in antioxidants and may help control cortisol levels, which is a stress hormone. But, hey, we don't need research to confirm what we've already seen: You don't feel anxious when consuming chocolate.

            3. Frozen Greek Yogurt Drops:

This one is fantastic. A cup of plain Greek yogurt may be easily transformed into a tasty frozen dessert. In a blender, combine 1 cup plain Greek yogurt and 12 cup frozen berries until the fruit has broken down and the mixture is smooth.

Using parchment paper, line a sheet pan with 14-teaspoon pieces of the mixture, leaving enough space between them, so they don't touch. Freeze for many hours or until completely solid. Fill a plastic freezer bag halfway with the drips. Keep them frozen until you're ready to eat them!

              Final thoughts:

The delicious recipes mentioned above can surely fulfill your sugar craving! Moreover, apart from being delicious sweet desserts, they are also healthy and full of nutrients. Of course, we recommend you maintain a healthy lifestyle to keep your body and mind in a healthy state.
